In May of 2018 I graduated from the University of Kansas with my Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education (Choral Emphasis). This will be my fifth year of teaching here at Trailridge and I have so much love for not only the school iteslf, but the community it is built upon. 

       I have grown up with music my entire life. I have written my own songs since I could talk and began seriously playing guitar around 4th grade. In 5th grade, I began my journey into the choral world becoming a Junior Hawk at Olathe East High School’s after school program. Since then I have been in district, regional and even national honor choirs. In short, I’m a total choir nerd (the best kind of nerd)! Outside of music I enjoy outdoor activities like riding my dirt bike, going for walks, playing with my AWESOME dog, and building things! However, you can also find me being super lazy with my (slightly evil) cat, watching Netflix, building pillow forts (no seriously), and baking up some fantastic desserts.

      The most important thing you should know about me is that I am all about being respectful and giving your best effort. My promise to you is that I will always respect you as a person and student and will always give my best effort as a teacher. All I ask is that you do the same in return for me!
